All parcels are sent out using a tracked mail service. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 4 Days of your order being sent out.
Please note: The expected delivery times below are given to us by the shipping companies, occasionally parcels are delayed. Allow extra time for your order to arrive and check your tracking number before contacting us.
Shipment Variating from 30 to 45 days depends on the country of destination. Most European nations are reachable between 14 to 30 days. In the past, we even got shipments in 12 days to the USA where another Shipment took almost 35 days to Germany.

Shipping cost: We shipping worldwide with exceptions. We charge 23.90 EUR for Registered Tracked Shipping to Europe. To the USA we charge for Registered Tracked Shipping 29.00 EUR / 33.50 USD. Shipments to Asia Pacific region cost 34.90 EUR / 40.00 USD
- Please note we do NOT ship to Arizona / USA. The State of Arizona forbid us to send orders into the State of Arizona.
For all international orders, the following applies:
1) We are not liable if the package is taken, held, or destroyed by customs (it is the customer’s responsibility to deal with the import costumes) In the event your parcel is held in the postal facility you have the option to ask for a one-time replacement shipment detailed conditions, please read at the Replacement Guaranty page.
2) There will be NO REFUNDS given on international orders once the item(s) have been shipped unless they are returned to us. We do not refund shipping cost & handling cost for international orders.
3) All refunds on international orders are credited back to the customer (approx. 50%), of the initial purchase price. As soon we receive from the Parcel service thewe will the less the original shipping expenses. Often parcels appear after the investigation initiated by the parcel service even after 5 months. Or the border service did a seizure but delayed sending out a seizure notice letter to the receiver.
4) Some, but not all, packages can be tracked before they cross the border into your country using the tracking number provided to you at the time of shipment via www.Track24.com and/or UPS/EMS.
5) All packages, once they have passed through customs into your country, are handed off to your local mail service and may be trackable under the same information via their website or by phone.
